Shipping & Returns

Saint Heron ships globally via USPS. Please allow up to 2 business days to process your order. A tracking number will be sent to the provided email address upon shipping. Shipping costs are calculated by weight and are non-refundable. For orders going outside of the US, all taxes and fees incurred upon import are the responsibility of the buyer.

Saint Heron will accept returns/exchanges within 14 days of delivery. In order to be eligible for return or exchange, merchandise must be unworn and include all tags and original packaging. Please include original packing slip or order number with return. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to the return or exchange.

Saint Heron is not responsible for packages lost/stolen in transit. Please contact your shipping provider to file a claim on a lost or stolen package. Please double check shipping address, as Saint Heron is not responsible for packages lost to incorrect input. If your SHIP TO address is incorrect, please immediately email orders@saintheron.com.

Saint Heron will notify you once your return/exchange has been received and inspected. At this time we'll let you know if your return/exchange is approved. If refund is approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original form of payment. Please remember that it can take a few days for your bank to process and post the refund to your account.
